Our mission is to use and promote the art of home staging in order to enhance the look and feel of your home and transform it into a house that will sell faster and for more money. Our goal is to help you reduce the stress of selling by effectively packaging your house and creating warm, inviting spaces that will connect with a buyer's emotions.

Shelley Brucki - Shelley began her career with a bachelor's degree in business administration with majors in finance and real estate. For the past several years she has been a stay-at-home mom and has been pursuing her passion for creating beautiful interiors by decorating three of her own homes as well as answering the many decorating requests of friends and family. During this time she was also a sales consultant for a line of home accessories which further developed her skills in product merchandising. After utilizing the basics of home staging when selling two of her own homes, she saw what a difference it can make. Her first home sold in two weeks and the second one sold in 3 days. Creating Innovative House Dressing and becoming certified in staging and redesign was the perfect way for her to use her talents to help others while doing something she loves.

Tammy Shimp - Tammy has a marketing, sales and real estate background. Her consultative business approach focuses on utilization of style and decor, while being conscientious of staying within and below the client's budget. She has 20 years experience cleaning, de-cluttering and organizing homes for family, friends and clients. Personally, she has sold 5 of her own homes all within a 2 week timeframe.
